Return Policy

RETURNS 

In the event, our product does not satisfy you, we offer the ability to return all products within 14 days of receiving.  To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please submit a Return Request through the CONTACT form on our website.  We will then review and reach out to you directly with return authorization.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, tracking information, and lost or stolen return shipments. Please ensure you have selected a reputable shipping service and/or insured the package for the appropriate value. If your return package is lost during shipment, please contact the shipping provider. 

Once your return is received and inspected (1-2 business days after receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method.  Please remember it can take time for bank or credit card companies to process and post the refund too.

If you wish to return your product after 14 days, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • Product(s) condition is unused.
  • Product(s) returned with original packaging.
  • You are responsible for $60 restocking fee (Climbing Sticks)
  • You are responsible for shipping cost.
