Commando Clamps
Commando Clamps
Commando Clamps are an ultralight option for constraining Commando climbing sticks in the most compact way possible. This setup includes two (2) clamps to constrict the selected number of sticks from moving. By clamping from the front and back, sticks are locked flush to one another for easy handling and packing. The clamps feature button stops on both ends to prevent sticks from rotating on any tree stand or saddle platform. Use of a rubber gear strap to synch the sticks to a platform is highly recommended in tandem with these clamps.
These clamps are 3D printed with a specific filament layup that provides superior clamp strength and bendability to engage/disengage the clamp.
Each set includes:
Two (2) Clamps

Clamps are cheapy not durable whatsoever I like the sticks but there’s no good way to climb a tree quietly with them they don’t latch together quietly or very easily and forget if you have tape if only they had some sort of suction cup or grommets to pack in/out easier quicker and more quiet all in not bad stick light weight do the job but gotta figure out the packing in and out thing.(I have bought the 2 clamp 4 clamp and the band also 4 sticks)
Tanner, It's good to hear that you like the sticks. In regards to the clamps, I reached out to better understand the situation and your reply was: 'I'm able to pack them in easily... packing them in is not my issue its when I'm climbing there's no quiet way to pop them in/out clamps or easy way to have my sticks taped but I have to climb with 2 in the 4 stick clamp bc if I had all 4 in the clamp the entire county would know I'm climbing a tree.'
Unfortunately you misunderstood the function of the clamps. Yes the clamps are the ideal solution for packing, but they are NOT meant to be used when climbing a tree. The clamp should be applied to the sticks on the ground, and once you are at the tree you disengage the clamps so all sticks are unpacked. You CANNOT climb the tree and remove one stick at a time when using the clamps. Based on your response it sounds like that is what you were trying to do, and I can understand why that would be frustrating... but that is not how they were intended to be used. The clamps sole function is for packing the sticks in the most compact form possible NOT for climbing up the tree and removing one-at-a-time. That is detailed on the website and in the product video. The Commando Quiver is the soltuion you were looking for, as that accessory lets you remove one stick at a time. In attempts to remedy this situation I have continued to reach out for insight but haven't heard back from you since I sent a set of quivers.
I'd appreciate you reconsidering your review, because you judged a product (Clamps) for not performing in a way that its not suppose to perform. You even acknowledged the clamps are easy to pack the sticks in (which is what they actually intended for).
